Prolific young adult author and TV personality David Walliams is no longer with his UK book publisher, according to an announcement.
A representative for the firm said: "Following a thorough review, and with the guidance of its new CEO, HarperCollins UK will not be releasing any new titles by David Walliams."
Reports indicate that the conclusion was taken subsequent to an review of claims about conduct deemed unsuitable towards female individuals.
The publisher has not elaborated on the reasons for its decision, noting: "We refrain from speaking about private personnel issues."
Walliams stands as a most successful children's authors, with sales exceeding over six tens of millions of copies globally in 55 languages.
His first children's book, *The Boy in the Dress*, came out under HarperCollins fifteen years ago.
